How to select jalapenos

Dave and I cook with a LOT of jalapenos. We love the flavor. Interestingly, even though jalapenos are known for their “heat,” we actually aren’t terribly fond of them when they are overly hot. The jalapenos with rounded ends tend to have less of a bite than those with pointy ends.
What a great photo !!!! I don’t like over hot jalapenos neither – they they kills my taste buds.
It was a lot harder to take this picture of jalapenos than I thought. They seem to suck up all of the light.
That is a problem, you did a good job anyhow – that’s why I invested in my mini portable studio.
I’ve thought about making myself a little portable studio.
