Clipping greenery for a wreath

November 25, 2011 § Leave a comment

Every year we make wreaths from greenery clippings and then we give them to friends.  This year, Otis accompanied me around the farmhouse property to cut the evergreen boughs.  Midway through our task, Otis decided he was tired carrying the clippings basket.  So we stopped and took a break.  It’s tough work carrying a basket full of evergreen boughs, even if you are a big hefty Irish Wolfhound.

It was a beautiful day for a walk, and Otis and I had a great time.
