Corn on the grill

In the summer, our goal is to avoid cooking indoors. With temperatures consistently over 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day, it doesn’t make sense to heat up the oven. In addition to meats and poultry, consider using the grill for cooking other types of foods as well. Corn is especially nice grilled. We have several ways to grill corn, one of which is to remove the husk, rub on a little olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning, and then grill for 5-10 minutes on low. This is delicious, but a little messy.
The easiest way to grill corn is to leave it in its husk. Soak the corn in water for at least 20 minutes. This prevents the corn from burning when you place it on the grill.
Place the corn on the hot grill, and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
